EXECUTIVE RECRUITING
You don't need someone who interviews well. You need someone who performs.
I help manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and distribution organizations find leaders whose demonstrated capabilities match the problems they need solved.

THE HIRING PROBLEM
The person who interviews well on Monday is not always the person who can perform on Tuesday.
A résumé gives you keywords. An interview gives you a performance. Neither automatically proves someone can solve the problem you hired them to solve.
That's why I look past titles and surface evidence: scale, decisions, measurable results, leadership under pressure, and the problems the candidate has actually solved.
WHAT I LOOK FOR
Evidence that travels from the interview into the operation.
Operational Depth
Has this person actually operated at the level the role requires?
Leadership Proof
Can they lead people through pressure, change, and accountability?
Problem Fit
Does their demonstrated experience match the business problem?
The goal isn't to fill the seat. It's to put the right person in it.
